General

What are your business hours?

We are available Tuesday-Thursday 10am to 2pm EST. We are closed on all major and local holidays.

What is the best way to contact you?

The order form on our contact page. You can reach by emailing hello@ettrophy.com. Please keep in mind that we are in a line of work that is production-based and requires our hands; because of this, we may not always answer your call, so please leave a message.

Do you offer other product styles than what I see on your website?

Yes, please contact our team with your idea and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life!

One of my items is broken or incorrect.

Oh no! Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup if any item is broken or incorrect. We will correct the order at no extra cost.

Ordering

What is your current production time?

Our standard production time is 7-10 business days. We do experience increased orders during various sports seasons and may experience delays. Production times for custom orders can be from 2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the product.

Can I add to or change my order after placing it online?

We understand things change, and are happy to accommodate. Please contact us via email at hello@ettrophy.com within 24 hours of order placement, and we will add to the order as necessary. Any additions or changes after 24 hours will require the placement of an additional order. We do not allow for any cancellations once the order is placed.

I don’t have the required logo format. What can I do?

If you cannot obtain a clean vector black and white transparent image, we can update the artwork to best fit our needs. We charge an artwork fee of $50.00 per hour. Please contact us directly at hello@ettrophy.com for any questions regarding our artwork fees.

Do you provide proofs prior to production?

Typically, we do not provide proofs for approval due to the turn-around time on orders. On request, our team can include a proof, but this may extend a project's production timeline.

What types of files do you accept for logo artwork?

For engraved products (acrylics, plaques, some gift items), we require a black and white transparent image in either a .svg, .eps, or .ai file types. We cannot accept grayscale images. For our color sublimated products (trophy plates, medals, plaques, gift items), we ask for the cleanest version of the logo you can provide. The quality and size of the file will directly relate to the quality of the artwork provided.
