Refund policy

At ET Trophy Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service department for approval. Only items that are received incorrectly are eligible for consideration. In some cases, we can replace an engraving plate to allow the award to be used for a different recipient or occasion. Please reach out to us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that some customers may be disappointed if their award cannot be returned or exchanged, but we hope they will appreciate the unique nature of our products and the care that goes into creating each one.
